In vitro Complement Activation/Inhibition Testing
Exsera has years of experience performing in vitro testing with human and animal serum. This testing can be used to determine if your compound of interest activates complement and how the activation comparison the in model verses target species. Importantly, this method can also be used to measure the level of complement inhibition by your compound or test article. This type of work can be used for development, construct stratification or proof of principle work. While we build on our experience, we customize the testing for your question and test article.
