Collection Tube: Red or Tiger Top

Collection Instructions:  Allow collected blood to clot for 20-60 minutes before centrifuging. Then transfer to cryogenic tubes and aliquot as necessary before freezing and storing tubes at -80C within 2 hours of collection.

Volume Required: ~200 mcL  

Storage/Transport Temperature: Frozen @ -80C

Stability: 1 year minimum while stored @ -80C from date of draw

Unacceptable Conditions: Severely Hemolyzed or thawed/non-frozen samples
